Return and Exchange Policy forblossomsense

1. General

  • At blossomsense, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

2. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately to facilitate a return or exchange.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please return the original item (following the returns procedure) and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

5. Return Process

  • To return an item, please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item unless the product received is damaged or defective.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service.

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
